Borealis and Engel break cap moulding record

Material supplier Borealis and machinery maker Engel claim they have broken a world record for injection moulding caps, using Borealis' BorPure MB7541 material. The new cycle time is 2.5 seconds in a 96 cavity system, on a high performance injection moulding machine e-cap 3440/420 T, enabling production of 140,000 caps per hour.
