Plans to sell CSI move forward

London's Financial Times newspaper reported 5 September that New Zealand-based Rank Group has hired JP Morgan to sell caps producer CSI. The report quoted anonymous sources and said that there is no guarantee that a sale will take place. In July, Rank Group's Reynolds Group Holdings announced that it was strategically reviewing CSI; Evergreen Packaging Group, a large producer of carton packaging, paperboard and paper; and its SIG Combibloc business, a manufacturer of aseptic beverage cartons and related filling equipment.
