EPA says it will conduct more testing at Pavillion, WY where a recent draft report indicated water contamination was caused by hydraulic fracturing, the first time the agency had directly linked hydraulic fracturing with contaminated water. That study, and a request for money to fund related research, has generated harsh criticism from some members of Congress and executives who question the validity of the science EPA used to produce the Pavillion report.
