A year ago, a group of engineers from the well-known Japanese cylinder-maker, Ichimaru-Giken set up on their own. After forming their own company, they have now merged back with their former parent, and the business is now promoting its claims to make cylinders for curing presses and other tyre-related equipment which are more reliable and more compact than the standard models. The company is focussed on curing presses, making cylinders for the loaders, unloaders and other ancillary functions as well as the main clamping cylinder, however it also makes cylinders for building drums and other equipment.
