Tokyo-sumitomo chemical co.ltd is establishing a new business unit,called sumitomo chemical Europe SA/NV-a merger of its two existing european subsidiaries.sumitomo chemical belgium SA/NV and sumitomo chemical deutschladn GmbH.The new unit will be established in machelen,belgium,this september,said a statement from hte group.
