Hertford, UK - Independent contract research organisation Rubber Consultants is celebrating 30 years in the industry this year. Rubber Consultants was set up as part of the rubber research and development laboratory, the Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre (TARRC), the UK-based facility of the Malaysian Rubber Board.
