Amtel raises revenue,achieves 64 % profit rise

Russian tyre producer,Amtel Holdings Holland(AHH)raised its revenue by 19 percent to US383 million(euro320 million)in 2003,with year-on-year gross profit up by 64 percent,to US46 million.Net profit after taxes in 2003 was US11.5 million,and company assets at 31 Dec 2003 were US485 million,with shareholder equity of US 119 million,said a statement from the Russian tyre maker.
