SchaferRolls buys out partner in Sava-Schifer

Kranj, Slovenia - Roll cover manufacturer and roll systems supplier SchaferRolls GmbH & Co. KG has expanded its interest in Sava-Schafer d.o.o., Kranj (Slovenia) from the 50 percent share it has held since 2001 to 100 percent. This means that the Renningen-based company now holds all shares formerly held by Slovenian co-partner Sava d.d. Gregor Azman, managing director of Sava-Schafer d.o.o. since 2007, will continue to lead the company under the new company name SchaferRolls d.o.o.
