RA International adds Keeling gaskets

RA International Ltd has expanded by acquiring another UK gasket market Keeling Rubber and Plastics, for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition has raised RA International's turnover to pound12 million (US19.5 million) annually, boosting its position as, "Britain's leading converter of foam for gaskets, and one of the largest independent firms of tis type in Europe," said MikeSanders, finance director with the Wednesbury, West Midlands-based firm.
