Kraton said the market for sebs is balanced, or perhaps tight. Scott Lee, vice president, Kraton products and supply said that in view of this, it is reviving plans shelved in 2008, for a possible new line for sebs.Lee said, "in 2008, when demand was strong, we had plans for a new hsbc line, to be built outside of the US or Europe. We are once again exploring this option and are evaluating possible locations."
