Groupe Michelin is to carry out a pound14.5-mil-lion(euro22-million)upgrade of its truck and bus tyre plant manufacturing facility in Ballymena,Northern Ireland,Invest Northern Ireland has announced.And in Canada,Michelin North America Inc.will spend about US31 million(euro26 million)in the coming months to upgrade its tyre plants in Bridgewater and Waterville,Nova Scotia,according to the Nova Scotia Economic Development Ministry,which is providing US3 million in assistance.
