Italy's Rulli Rulmeca SpA has purchased Interroll Corp.'s bulk material-handling business for an unspecified amount and created a new company,Rulmeca Corp.,to serve the US and Mexico.Michael Gawinski,the current motorised pulley manager for Interroll,has been named president of Rulli Rulmeca's new wholly owned subsidiary.The business produces motorised pulleys-most coated with rubber-for conveyor belts.
