摘要

More than two-thirds of health food stores’ staff recommended creatine to researchers posing as teen athletes, results that researchers say should prompt pediatricians and retailers to educate young people on the risk of creatine and push states to ban sales of the substance to minors. A study finding most dietary supplement stores recommend creatine to teen athletes and a small percentage recommend testosterone boosters should prompt pediatricians and retailers alike to warn young consumers about the ingredients and states to ban sales to minors, say the study authors.
