Texas LNG looks to exports

Houston’s Texas LNG has filed an application to the US Department of Energy (DoE) as it looks to export up to 2m tonnes per year of LNG to free trade agreement countries and non-FTA markets. This move follows the company executing an exclusive lease option agreement in December to secure land in the Port of Brownsville in Texas.
