Pulmonary arteriovenous malformation in Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome.

A 65-year-old male presented with recurrent epitaxis, gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding and a well-defined lung mass. Osier-Weber-Rendu syndrome (OWRS) comprises three of the Curacao criteria: epistaxis, telangiectases at lips, oral cavity and Gl tract as well as pulmonary arteriovenous malformation (PAVM) with one supplying artery and two draining veins as demonstrated by multidetector computed tomography (MDCT).
