On the Removal of Egg Nuclear from Unfertilized Egg of Loach

摘要

1) The diameter of inhalation pipe appropriate to remove the egg nuclear of Loach is about 27μm. 2)It is effective to remove the egg nuclear of Loach between 8~20minutes from after it is fertilized in cultivation liquid of 22±1°C. 3) For removalof egg nuclear of Loach it is effective to take cytoplasm of about 0.3ml.
