Two unusual cases of median raphe penile cysts.

Cysts of the penile median raphe are midline-developmen-tal cysts that can occur anywhere from the anus to the urinary raeatus as far as the scrotum, or the perineum [1, 2], In a literature review no more than 160 cases were reported until 1990 , We describe new cases with unusual clinical presentations. In the first case, a 20-year-old man presented with a ventral penile mass, along the median raphe (figure 1). The lesion had appeared a few days previously after intense sexual intercourse and had been enlarging rapidly. Physical examination revealed a soft .oval-shaped, non tender, freely movable cyst with a horn-like extension, approximately 2 cm in total length. The cyst was completely excised under local anesthesia.
