Structure, synthesis and multiferroie nature of BiFeO_3 and 0.9BiFeO_3-0.lBaTiO_3: An overview

摘要

A brief review of the crystal structure and multiferroie nature of pure BiFeO, and 0.9BiFeO_3-0.1BaTiO_3 (BF-0.1BT) is presented. An atomic level evidence for magnetoelectric coupling of intrinsic multiferroic origin in BF-0.1BT is presented.
