The above research article (DOI:10.1002/ejsp.520) was published online in Early View on 30 March 2008 and sub-sequently in the EJSP 39:2 (Mar 09) print issue. A printing error was identified in the research article in the EJSP 39:2 (Mar 09) print issue only. The online research article is correct.
