摘要

Peculiarities of gamma -induced (Co~(60) source, 1.85 MGy absorbed dose) structural relaxations in vitreous As_(10)Se_(90) are investigated for the first time using differential scanning calorimetry. The observed increase in glass transition temperature and relaxation rate towards the thermodynamically equilibrium state of the supercooled liquid are explained in terms of radiation induced structural transformations occurring within the glassy like network, without any changes in local atomic coordination and, covalent bond type.
