The UK women's fragrance market sniffed out a new kind of success last year: the launch of the fastest selling scent in history (according to The Perfume Shop). But the accolade didn't go to a designer fragrance, such as Armani Si (Giorgio Armani/L'Oreal) or Marc Jacobs Honey (Coty Prestige) - although these launches both sold very well. It went to celebrity scent Our Moment (Eden Parfums), the first fragrance from chart-topping band One Direction.
