Feige has added to its"30"series the drum filling machine"type 33"with automatic bunging,for steel and plastic drums.The engineers have succeeded in compressing the electronic and pneumatic control so that all the components fit into a single control cabinet within the unit.Thus,there is no need to lay cable ducts and cables,and everything is mounted ready for production,meeting the demands of the ATEX Directive for use in Zone 1 explosive atmospheres.Depending on the version,either commercially available 200-litre drums or other sizes such as 60-litre drums are positioned automatically,de-bunged,filled to a precisely calibrated level and rebunged.
