Celanese started construction of an emulsion polymers facility at the Nanjing Industrial Park in the city of Nanjing,China.In a ground breaking ceremony,Celanese executives and local dignitaries recently placed the cornerstone for the new polymers facility.It is the company's tenth such facility worldwide.According to Celanese,healthy economic growth throughout the world is driving demand for emulsion polymers.
