No changes to the Product Directive 2004/42/EC

Since 2008 the European Commission has looked at two aspects of this Directive. One being the status of implementation across the EU Member States and the other the reasons for revising scope or VOC limits of this Directive 2004/42/EC that sofar regulates the VOC content in decorative paints and varnishes and in vehicle refinishing products.
