"Thinky" mixers, from C3 Prozess- und Analysentechnik, provide mixing and degassing for quantities of between 0.5 ml to 2 x 5 kg, with or without vacuum. They are non-contact planetary mixers which mix, disperse and degas material in a single step, in anything from seconds to a few minutes. Mixing without contact means that the sample material is not damaged. Gas bubbles are removed from the viscous sample medium by the mixers themselves, without the need for additional vacuum up to a viscosity of around 10,000 cP.
