Rohm and Haas intends to build an acrylic emulsion facility in Nhon Trach City, within the Dong Nai province of Vietnam. The company will spend USD 10 million for this facility, which will be completed by the middle of 2009. It will join a network of 12 plants across the Asia-Pacific region, part of a system of 34 plants worldwide.
