Professor Ainsley Iggo, DSc, FRS (1924-2012).

摘要

Ainsley Iggo was one of the most prominent pioneers in pain research. He died 2 weeks before Easter at his home in Edinburgh at the age of 87. This editorial shall provide homage of this important scholar from the different viewpoints of his pupils and coworkers during different stations of his life as a scientist.
