EDA World Dairy Forum 2015 gathered in October nearly 200 dairy experts from 20 countries to discuss actual challenges and the long term view of the European Dairy industry in the Scottish capital Edinburgh. The lesson is clear: the future will be bright if now in the crisis the right steps are taken.What has the future in store for the European Dairy companies? How can the low milk prices be ended? And how important can be the health sector for creating value from dairy products? This and other questions related to dairy were addressed at this year's World Dairy Forum. Organised by EDA and part of their annual congress, nearly 200 experts from 20 dairy-producing countries around the globe discussed the times after the milk quota in the Scottish capital Edinburgh.
