Outlook 2020: demand drives international dairy markets

In the Agricultural Outlook 2011 to 2020, OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) predict that the global dairy sector is entering into a decade of relatively highprices, continuing strong demand for milk and dairy products but also higher production costs and possibly continued market variability.
