Based on the semi-classical density matrix theory, multi-Raman processes in two-longitudinal-mode optically pumped cavity submillimeter wave laser were studied theoretically. And their effects on submillimeter wave laser spectral characteristics wee discussed under different pump powers, operating pressures and laser tube lengths.
