摘要

The effect of buffer gas N2 on miniature optically pumped NH3 submillimeter wave (SMMW) cavity laser emission at 67.2µm was theoretically and experimentally studied. Sharp absorption in the spectrum appeared not only in NH3:N2=1:1 gases mixture, but also in other ratio gases mixture. Further, the gases mixture pressure under which sharp absorption appeared seemed to correspond to the threshold of bottleneck effect.
