The Influence of Fire on the Soil Microbial Complex

After fires, almost all microorganisms are preserved in some soil loci and unburned plant remnants, and their popualtion increases to a greater degree. At the same time, microscopic algae appear. Introduction of compost containing various microorganisms accelerates the renewal of the microbial complex and promotes the fast reclamation of pyrogenic soils by plants.
