The regularities of changes in hydrothermic conditions along the catena of permafrost-affected soils are established on the basis of analysis of quantile curves of soil moisture, water and heat balances, and calculated spatial correlation functions. Equations are proposed for the generalized description of hydrothermic conditions along the catena. The localization of the warmest sites in permafrost mountain-valley geosystems is shown graphically; spatial coordinates of these sites are determined.
