摘要

The development of phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium culmorum in soils of different texture was studied under conditions of field and laboratory experiments. Fusarium culmorum was incubated in soil on membrane filters. Its development was estimated using the method of immunofluorescent staining. It was demonstrated that the ratio of mycelium and conidia in F.culmorum population is influenced by soils texture: Conidia were formed more actively in heavy-textured soils, and mycelium, in hight-textured soils. The density of mycelium was determined by the activity of soil microbiota.
