Serbia adds to export basinet

Cherries and apples are becoming a more important part of the south-east European country's export portfolio as new and modern production begins to take root in the country. Serbia is known to many as Europe's largest producer of raspberries, but thecountry's exporters are also working to increase sales of other fruits produced in the country to clients across the EU. In particular, government support for growers is proving decisive in creating the right conditions for new export industries to flourish.
