Ideal growing conditions in France have helped to increase the production of Enzafruit's Jazz apple crop, which went on sale last month. According to the company's Greta Knapen, volumes of jazz apples in France, grown predominantly in the Loire Valley region, have risen to an estimated 7,000 tonnes this year. In addition, the quality of this latest crop is, according to Ms Knapen, France's best ever for Jazz apples.
