The effect of moisture and salinization on the dielectric properties of zeolite clays

The effect of volumetric moisture and water-soluble salts on the dielectric properties of zeolite minerals in the microwave range was studied using clinoptilolite as an example. The relationships between the complex refraction index and complex dielectric permittivity, on the one hand, and the volume moisture content, on the other, were found for clinoptilolite containing additions of the salts Na2CO3 and NaCl.
