Changes in gray forest soils under larch stands

摘要

The results of complex studies of the main properties of gray forest soils under larch stands, a mixed forest, and a former cropland (layland) have been compared. The essential differences in the litter mass, hydrologic cycle, and main soil properties were revealed for the soils under these phytocenoses. The soils under the larch stands are podzolized to a greater degree than the soils under the mixed forest and the layland.
