摘要

It is found that the population density of actinomycetes in floodplain landscapes of he Medvenka River varies from tens CFU/g of substrate to hundreds of thousnd CFU/g of substrate depending on the season and the particular succession series(from green parts of plants to mineral soil horizons).Maximal,minimal,and average numbers of actinomycetes on plant substrtes exceed the corresponding numbers of mycelial prokaryotes in the soil.Variations in the number of actinomycetes in the summer and in the summer and in the fall are more considerable than those in the spring.The followin genera of actinomycetes have always been identified in flood-plain ecosystems:Streptomyces,Micromonospora,Actinomadura,Saccharomonospora,Microtetraspora,Microbispora,Steptosporangium,Saccharopolyspora,nocardiopsis,and Nocardioides.a characteristic feature of floodplain biogeocenoses is the constna tpresence of micromonospores in all the spatial-succession series of substrates;often,micromonospores predominate in actinomycetal complexes of the floodplain meadow ecosystem.
