COMPARATIVE DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPOSITION AND PROPERTIES OF HUMIC ACIDS OF OIL SHALES AND SOILS

摘要

Some properties of the humic acids of oil shales were studied. The characteristics of these humic acids have been established by comparison with the humic acids of soils, such as a high atomic H/C ratio, low content of nitrogen and amino acids, negative degree of oxidation, high sulfur content, low hydrolyzability, extinction coefficients, and number of functional groups. An idea is offered regarding the type of structure of the humic acids of oil shales.
