Fresh-4U is a Turkish producer of a wide range of fresh-cut products, including cubes of mango, melon, watermelon and pineapple, and slices of orange, grapefruit, apple and avocado. The company's main product is pomegranate arils - the edible and highly nutritious seeds and surrounding pulp of the pomegranate fruit. Indeed, demand for pomegranate arils is currently on the up, according to the company's marketing manager Tevfik Tekin, due to consumers' increasing concerns over health.
