BN tubular layer-sheathed CaS:Eu2 nanowires as stablered-light-emitting nanophosphors

摘要

Novel chemically stable CaS:Eu~(2+)nanowires protected by BNtubular sheaths were synthesized via a one-step and catalyst-freemethod for the first time; the nanostructures showed a red-lightemission when excited by ~450 nm blue light.
