In Olympic Delivery Authority v Persons unknown [2012]EWHC 1012 (Ch) the Delivery Authority and building contractors obtained injunctive relief to prohibit occupation by protesters of a site scheduled for the construction of a basketball practice facility for use during the 2012 Olympics.
