Protecting of birds

摘要

The Conservation of Habitats and Species (Amendment) Regulations 2012, SI 2012/1927 amend the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010, SI 2010/490 (the "Habitats Regulations") to place new duties on public bodies to take measures to preserve, maintain and re-establish habitat for wild birds.
