The case of David Michael Coventry (T/A RDC Promotions) (2) Moto-Land UK Ltd v Katherine Lawrence Raymond Shields [2012] EWCA Civ. 26 is an appeal from the case of Lawrence and Shields v Fen Tigers Ltd [2011] EWHC 360 (QB) which was reported in ELM Vol. 20 No. 4.
