Ramdhun v Thames Water Utilities Ltd [2010] EWHC 1014 (QB) was an investigation into the precise scope and description of works carried out by a sewerage undertaker. It was accepted that the carrying out of those works had amounted to a trespass as notification not having been given to the owner of the premises and damages were in issue.
