In 1968 my wife Pat and I went to a local Agricultural Show not far from our home in Cornwall, the extreme South West of England, called the Royal Cornwall Show. We visited the Dog, Poultry and Rabbit Tent and then found the Bees and Honey Marquee. Weknew nothing about beekeeping but did know that we enjoyed honey and that we ate about 150 Ibs each year!
