Catalytic activities were comparedfor two catalyst types when employed in the hydro-desulphurisationprocess,in which the 295-490°C diesel oil fraction obtained from thermal cracking of used oils was pro-cessed.The Ni-Mo catalyst was found to be more active than the Co-Mo catalyst in the sulphur,nitrogen and unsaturated Compounds removal reactions,under the studied Parameters for the hydrofining process of said oilfraction.
