A Software application was installed at the Brammer compressor Station in 2015. At any time, based on the specifledpro-duction rates and pressures, it will calculate an energy-optimized distribution of gas rates through the individual compressors. A rec-ommendation is given to the plant Operator on which compressors need to be operated in which mode of Operation. Furthermore, an add-on Software has beert developed allow-ing to reduce the electrical load peaks by an optimum control of starting and stopping times of compressors. Digitalization of the Performance maps of the compressor allows an energy cost sav-ings forecast of 2% in 2016.
