Rhodia and Avantium announced January 24 that they will jointly develop a range of new bio-based polyamides that target a variety of applications. The partnership expands and completes a previously an- nounced development agreement in the field of bio-based engineering plastics between Solvay and Avantium, accord- ing to the companies.
